{MAGO} uses SF Express for deliveries within Hong Kong.
{MAGO} 使用順豐速運於香港地區配送我們的產品。

Shipping Fee & Free Shipping 運費及免運費條件

  • Standard shipping fee is HK$30 per order within Hong Kong.
  • Free shipping for orders over HK$1,000.
  • 香港運費:每張訂單一律收取HK$30運費。
  • 免運費:單筆訂單滿HK$1,000,即可享免費快遞服務。

Order Processing Time 訂單處理時間

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-3 working days.
  • No deliveries will be arranged on weekends or public holidays.
  • 訂單通常會在1-3個工作天內處理及發貨。
  • 我們不會在週末及公眾假期安排送貨。

Delivery Time 訂單運送時間

  • Customers generally receive their orders within 2-7 working days after dispatch.
  • 顧客通常會在2-7個工作天內收到貨品。

Important Notes 重要事項

  • Please ensure your delivery address and contact information are accurate. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
    • 請確認收貨地址及聯絡資料正確,如因顧客提供錯誤資料導致送貨失誤,本店概不負責。
  • If the delivery fails due to incorrect address, uncollected package, or absence of recipient, customers are responsible for any additional re-delivery charges.
    • 如因地址錯誤、無人收件或未能收件而導致送貨失敗,顧客需承擔重新派送的額外費用。
  • Once an order is dispatched to the courier, all risk of loss, damage, or delay passes to the customer. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or delay caused by the courier.
    • 訂單交付速遞公司後,貨品遺失、損毀或延誤的風險即由顧客承擔,本店不負責任何快遞運送造成的損失或延誤。
  • Customers are responsible for tracking the shipment using the provided tracking number. For delivery status or delays, please contact the courier directly.
    • 請顧客自行根據提供的物流單號查詢包裹狀態,如有延誤或配送問題,請直接聯絡速遞公司。
  • We are not responsible for delivery delays or failures due to force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters, accidents, epidemics, or government actions).
    • 因天災、事故、疫情、政府政策等不可抗力因素導致的送貨延誤或失敗,本店恕不承擔責任。
  • No compensation will be provided for any loss, delay, or damage after dispatch.
  • 貨品寄出後,如有遺失、損毀或延誤,恕不作任何賠償。

Shipping Fee 運費條件

For destinations outside Hong Kong, shipping is charged at a flat rate of HK$500 per order.
香港以外運費:單筆一律HK$500。

Important Notice 重要通知

  • Customs Duties and Taxes:
    Customs duties and taxes will be collected by your local customs or courier. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
    進口關稅及稅項將由當地海關或速遞公司收取,相關費用需由客戶承擔。

  • Customer Responsibilities:
    You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and contact information. We will not be responsible for any loss, delay, or return of parcels due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
    顧客需提供正確及完整的收貨地址和聯絡資料。如因資料錯誤或不全導致包裹遺失、延誤或退回,本店概不負責。

  • Import Restrictions:
    Please check your country’s import regulations before ordering. We are not responsible for any issues or losses arising from prohibited or restricted items being confiscated, delayed, or returned by customs.
    下單前請了解當地進口規定。如因訂購受管制或禁運商品而被海關沒收、延誤或退回,本店恕不負責及不作任何賠償。

  • Customs Clearance:
    All customs clearance procedures, relevant documents, and any additional charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for failed or delayed delivery due to customs inspection or clearance procedures.
    所有清關手續、相關文件及額外費用須由顧客自行負責。如因清關問題而導致送貨失敗或延誤,本店概不負責。

  • Unclaimed or Refused Parcels:
    If the parcel is unclaimed, refused, or cannot be delivered due to customer’s reasons, the customer will bear all costs related to the return, re-delivery, or disposal of the parcel. No shipping fees will be refunded.
    如因顧客原因無法簽收、拒收或未領取包裹,所有退回、重寄或處理費用由顧客承擔,運費不予退還。

  • Risk Transfer & No Compensation:
    Once the package has been handed to the courier, all risks (including loss, damage, or delay) are borne by the customer. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or delay after shipment and will not offer compensation.
    包裹交付速遞公司後,所有風險(包括遺失、損毀或延誤)由顧客承擔。本店對任何運送過程中的損失、損毀或延誤概不負責,亦不提供賠償。

  • Force Majeure:
    We are not liable for any delivery delays, losses, or failures caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, customs delays, epidemics, strikes, or changes in government policies.
    因不可抗力(包括但不限於天災、海關延誤、疫情、罷工或政策變動)導致的包裹延誤、遺失或送貨失敗,本店概不負責。
