Shipping Fee 運費條件

• For destinations outside Hong Kong, shipping is charged at a flat rate of HK$500 per order.
  香港以外運費：單筆一律HK$500。

Order Processing Time 訂單處理時間

• Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 working days.
• No shipping arrangements will be made on weekends or public holidays.
  訂單通常在1-3個工作天出貨。我們不會在週末及公眾假期安排送貨。

Delivery Time 訂單運送時間

• Customers usually receive their orders within 2-7 weeks after shipment.
  顧客通常在2-7週內會收到貨。

Important Notice 重要通知

• We are not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges that may be incurred during delivery.
• Customs duties and taxes will be collected by your local customs or courier. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
• We will not be responsible for any loss, damage, or delay of packages after shipment.
  • Once the package has been handed over to the courier, all delivery risks (including loss, damage, or delay) will be borne by the customer.
• Please contact your local courier or customs office for more information regarding import duties or delivery status.

我們不會承擔任何關稅、稅項或額外送貨費用。

進口關稅及稅項將由當地海關或速遞公司收取，相關費用需由客戶承擔。
包裹寄出後，如有遺失、損毀或延誤，本店一概不負責。
一旦貨品交付速遞公司後，所有送貨風險（包括遺失、損毀或延誤）將由顧客自行承擔。
如需查詢進口稅項或配送狀況，請聯絡當地速遞公司或海關部門。
